Taxes & Customs

·         For deliveries outside the EU, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel

·         We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import
duties vary widely from country to country

Exchanges & Returns

We hope you love your SALT & SPICE SWIM™ pieces. But if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied and wish to return an item you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund.

Within 14 days of receiving your SALT & SPICE SWIM™ swimwear, simply send back the item/s that you want to return, and we will exchange them or refund the amount of the item/s’ price you paid. Please return item/s in its original condition with all tags and hygiene sticker labels intact with the packaging and the original delivery box.

Goods must be unworn and unwashed and relevant tags and hygiene strips must be in place.

In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the hygene sticker label when trying on bottoms and avoid make-up coming into contact with swimwear when trying on. We may refuse to refund if it’s clear this hasn’t been done and return the goods to you.

Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt

• Any item that is used/damaged in any way/has missing parts or is not in its original condition and packaging delivery box

After we have received your return request, we will process the exchange/refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used. Please note that the delivery fee will not be refunded.

We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times, it may take a couple of days. After receiving your return, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives, please contact customer services ([email protected]) before returning it and we’ll be happy to replace it for you.

Please use the return form, which has been sent together with your order, fill out the necessary information and place it inside the delivery box with the items before shipping it off. Kindly follow the instructions on the return form.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the following address: SALT & SPICE SWIM™, AKTI THEMISTOKLEOUS 342, PIRAEUS, 18539, GREECE, using your own shipment method. We recommend making a note of your return shipping tracking number in order to track the progress of your return shipment until we receive your package. If item/s have not reached our warehouse within the 14 days, it will get send back to you and no refund or exchange can take place.

Refunds are generally processed within 10 working days, it is important to note that some banks may take longer to process refunds, and SALT & SPICE SWIM™ has no control over this process.

If you would like to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placement. For cancelling an order, please send us an email ([email protected]). If the order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will refund to your original payment method.
